Healthy Mum = Happy Children
Being a busy Mum of two kids, a wife, and running a full-time business is not an easy task, as most of you know. People always ask me how I sustain so much energy and manage not to lose my cool with the kids. It’s because I take care of my nutrition by eating really well, taking good quality energy-based supplements, and finding some time each day to exercise as a form of stress release. I believe kids are a perfect reflection of how we feel so if I feel tired and jaded, then my little ones tend to push the boundaries just to push my buttons. But when my mind is grounded and my body is energetic then they’re my little angels once again.
