Beautiful Skin Green Smoothie




2 large curly leaf kale leaves
A handful of mixed lettuce (including romaine)
1/2 cucumber, skin on
1/2 mango
A handful of mint
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/4 cup of red or purple grapes
2 tablespoons of raw coconut oil
2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal or hemp seeds
1 to 2 cups of purified water



This green smoothie contains every ‘skin healing’ mineral and phytochemical to improve the quality, texture and tone of your skin. The essential fatty acids help to add moisture to dry and flaky skin, the silica and sulphur detoxify wastes giving your skin a beautiful bright complexion and the carotenes and Vitamin C rebuild collagen, minimising wrinkles and fine lines. I love this smoothie when my skin is feeling a little bit dry and aged. To pump it up with extra nutrition, sometimes I add a potent berry powder that contains a mix of acai, goji, blackberries, grape seed, pycogenol and others …

    What would you suggest instead of mangoes whilst they’re out of season? Also, didn t know we could get hemp seeds in Australia?
