Chinese Vegetable Unstir-Fry

with Ginger and Sesame Sauce

UnstirfryVegetables
Wombok, shredded
Red Capsicum, sliced
Purple Cabbage, shredded
Snow Peas, diced
Mung Bean Sprouts

Sauce
A one inch chunk of ginger
3 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of tamari
4 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1/4 cup of water
4 tablespoons of sesame oil
1/4 cup of sesame seeds
1/2 lemon, squeezed
2 red chilli’s (optional)

Cut up vegetables and place in a bowl. Puree sauce ingredients and pour over the vegetable mix. Use chilli if you want a little spicier.
