Olive Dip - Katrina Ellis

Olive Dip

Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients
1/2 cup of pitted black Olives
1 1/2 Avocados
1/4 cup of Olive Oil or Flaxseed Oil
1 Red Onion
2 Garlic cloves
2 teaspoons of Cumin
2 teaspoons of grated or minced Ginger
1 teaspoon of Celtic Salt
3-5 pitted Medjool Dates
1 teaspoon of Jalapeño (optional if you want an little extra spice)

Method
Process avocado, olives, salt, cumin, onion, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and dates with oil. Either leave chunky by pulsing the mix or make creamy, depending on what texture you like.
