Naturopathic Consultations

In your first consultation we ask you to fill out a comprehensive health appraisal and undertake a range of comprehensive onsite testing using advanced equipment.  This will help us to gain an insight into your current state of health. We review your results, health history and current symptoms, allowing us to design a personalised program, including an individual diet plan, lifestyle and exercise suggestions and supplementation recommendations.

The first consultation is 60 to 90 minutes (depending on the practitioner), which includes most of your testing. A follow up ‘review’ consultation is recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation. We may allow for an extended consultation for any clients experiencing chronic disease or illness, therefore please advise at time of booking.

Other Health Consultations

The Katrina Ellis Natural Health Centre also offers nutritional consults with fully qualified nutritionists, naturopaths, herbalists, iridologists and acupuncturists.

Payment of Fees

Payment of consultation fees are to be made at the time of appointment. Fees can be paid by cash, EFTPOS or credit card (there is a 2% charge for credit card payments).  We are also covered by most Australian Private Health Care Funds therefore further rebates may be available to you from your individual health fund. For rebate amounts, please query with your own health fund we do not have a hicaps machine.

Cancellations

We request that cancellations of an appointment is to be made at least 24 hours before the consultation date. This enables us to allocate your appointment to a waiting client. Late cancellation fees apply.

Product Range

At our centre we only stock the best natural practitioner based products available.  We also have a very comprehensive herbal liquid dispensary to make up individual herbal concoctions.  Look out for our amazing new ‘organic signature tea’ range… and we now are able to compound individual vitamins.
